Leaders/Stakeholders
Community Building Initiative is led, staffed and funded by persons and organizations who carry a deep sense of commitment to the organization’s mission, purpose and program of work. CBI is organized around its Change Model: at every layer of CBI’s structure, personal growth around issues of racial and ethnic inclusion and equity is enabled, setting the stage for change in organizations, in community institutions, and finally, the community as a whole.
CBI, once you have experienced what we do, has a way of grabbing hold and not letting go...![]()
