LDI is a year-long program designed to support non-profit board members and senior staff of non-profit and public organizations in the leadership role they and their organizations have to “intensify commitment and increase capacity” for racial and ethnic inclusion and equity in Charlotte-Mecklenburg. Since LDI was launched with a pilot class in 2001, over 220 people have participated.
